We've been using this company for quite some time and couldn't be more satisfied. We have a custom-built KitchenAid fridge/freezer that's not easy to replace, but Tony has consistently come through for us. Whenever an issue arises, he's quick to respond and always manages to get it repaired efficiently. His expertise with KitchenAid appliances is unmatched, his pricing is fair, and he always leaves the space spotless when the job is done.

After first having another company unsuccessful try to repair our refrigerator, I called JT Appliance Repair. Tony stopped by and fixed our refrigerator that had a clog in the ice line that caused significant leaking. Thought I needed a new refrigerator, but Tony identified the problem and resolved the issue. JT Appliance Repair is a very professional company with quick response. I highly recommend them!!

JT Appliance Repair is the appliance company that saved Thanksgiving! I am feeling so grateful and compelled to write about this compassionate and very efficient company.We have been working with other appliance companies for over a year to get my Viking oven and cooktop repaired. It is a very long and complicated story but I found JT Appliance on a Google search, which I would really have loved to have seen a year ago. Tony, the owner, was kind enough to pull over, look at his schedule and put me in the book that week. Once he diagnosed, the parts were ordered that day and the repair happened shortly thereafter.There were bumps in the road which were Viking's fault but were handled by JT Appliance in a “time is of the essence” manner and it further contributed to the character of the company and Tony. They are all about diagnosing and finding solutions.Thank you to JT Appliance but specifically, Tony. I wish I could have them as a full time appliance company on retainer! Just a great experience and I'm so thankful.

High praise for JT Appliance!! Our fridge completely shut down Sunday evening and nothing we tried would turn it back on. Tony came within an hour of our call and diagnosed the issue immediately. My experience with JT was an amazing one. Called in the morning around 7:30am, Tony answered the phone, very professional person. The same day at ~1:30pm Tony was in my house, found the problem(GE monogram fridge), he gave me the estimate fair price, and he had the part need it in his truck(OEM part). Highly recommend JT Appliance Repair.

My refrigerator broke on a Saturday at 5:00 PM on a holiday weekend. How lucky am I and Toni that I’ve never met before in the pouring rain came over in one hour and he tried to fix it so And work so hard, that . It wasn’t working. The motherboard was fried, so of course I have to wait now till Tuesday, but he really really tried to get it to work,. He looked at everything over., I would recommend him to everyone he’s dependable. He’s friendly. He’s efficient. He knows his business., I will be telling all my friends to use him thank you Tony for helping me out in a spot specially on a holiday weekend!!! I gave you a 5 star

Hiring JT Appliance Repair was a pleasant surprise. We needed a fridge repaired on a Sunday. I spoke with Tony Sunday AM and by Sunday afternoon he diagnosed the problem and ordered part and fixed the issue at our next available day! They were prompt, clean, polite and knowledgeable.
