Tony stopped by and fixed our refrigerator that had a clog in the ice line that caused significant leaking. Thought I needed a new refrigerator, but Tony identified the problem and resolved the issue. JT Appliance Repair is a very professional company with quick response. I highly recommend them!!

JT Appliance Repair is the appliance company that saved Thanksgiving! I am feeling so grateful and compelled to write about this compassionate and very efficient company.We have been working with other appliance companies for over a year to get my Viking oven and cooktop repaired. It is a very long and complicated story but I found JT Appliance on a Google search, which I would really have loved to have seen a year ago. Tony, the owner, was kind enough to pull over, look at his schedule and put me in the book that week. Once he diagnosed, the parts were ordered that day and the repair happened shortly thereafter.There were bumps in the road which were Viking's fault but were handled by JT Appliance in a “time is of the essence” manner and it further contributed to the character of the company and Tony. They are all about diagnosing and finding solutions.Thank you to JT Appliance but specifically, Tony. I wish I could have them as a full time appliance company on retainer! Just a great experience and I'm so thankful.

I called it again for my subzero on a Saturday again.this time it was the refrigerator side not cooling,he came out within the hour diagnosed it and had the part in his truck.It was repaired with great service nd fair pricing the same day.I will only be calling JT appliance he really know his stuff.Of you want it done right without a worry in the world he's the guy to go to!

My experience with JT was an amazing one. Called in the morning around 7:30am, Tony answered the phone, very professional person. The same day at ~1:30pm Tony was in my house, found the problem(GE monogram fridge), he gave me the estimate fair price, and he had the part need it in his truck(OEM part). My refrigerator broke on a Saturday at 5:00 PM on a holiday weekend. How lucky am I and Toni that I’ve never met before in the pouring rain came over in one hour and he tried to fix it so And work so hard, that . It wasn’t working. The motherboard was fried, so of course I have to wait now till Tuesday, but he really really tried to get it to work,. He looked at everything over., I would recommend him to everyone he’s dependable. He’s friendly. He’s efficient. He knows his business., I will be telling all my friends to use him thank you Tony for helping me out in a spot specially on a holiday weekend!!! I gave you a 5 star

Tony came over today and diagnosed a motherboard issue with my ge monogram refrigerator. In order to get the repair done today for me, he sent someone down to doral to pick up the only replacement motherboard he could find in the area. Incredible guy! When I was told my refrigerator/freezer was not properly working at our condo, I contacted JT Appliance. It was on a Friday and thought service would not be available until the following week. JT, himself, went out to assess the situation the same day. He called me and informed me of the situation and that I would need a couple of parts. 1 week and a couple of days later JT serviced the refrigerator and it’s now in perfect working order. What makes my situation unique is that I was no where near our condo - as I am Canadian. JT orchestrated it all, he assured me he would take care of it and he did! I fully entrusted him and he did not disappoint. Thank you again JT!! You’re an awesome human!

It was such a pleasure to deal with the owner JT. He came over to my house at the exact time he said he woul. He proceeded to check my KitchenAid Freezer which had stopped working. Everything was melting and the ice cream was like soup. JT was very professional in his demeanor and proceeded to perform diagnostics and eventually was able to determine the reason why my freezer was not working. I am so amazed that they texted me on how I could insert a washer drain plug cover rather than coming out to see for themselves and charging a fee! My refrigerator has stopped running twice recently. Mike came out first during the Christmas holiday on a Sunday even and diagnosed the problem. Couldn’t find the part in stock so he rigged the fridge to run for a short time while he got the part. Came back within a few days and replaced the part. Everything worked great. He had lots of opportunity to really pile on fees but didn’t. Very reasonable. 3 months later the fridge was acting up again. Mike came out the same morning I called. Problem, pet hair blocking the fan. He checked the whole system and cleaned the coils and fan then refused payment. Just a service call on a previous issue.The business seems to be family owned with the technicians being family. Can’t say enough about how pleased we were.

Where do I start?? My washing machine wouldn't stop flooding! It was like a waterfall over the top part of the washer, as well as flooding from underneath! I was in total panic, and it is a Sunday! Tony just finished the job and fixed what needed to be done. He gave me thorough instructions on how to rent and use floor dryers, too, because my floors were flooded. This company is very professional! I highly recommend this company!! He cleaned up afterwards, too. Honestly, I was crying in tears before he came, I mean I just loved into my condo, again, complete panic. Thank you Tony for your professionalism and expertise!
